STA-7022 Food Labelling Measures Utilized for Risk Management
Description
This course covers the scientific and policy analysis required to consider food labelling measures, particularly those that are to be mandated on food packages, as a risk management tool. Course delivery will capitalize on using case studies associated with the management of chemical food safety, microbial safety, and nutritional safety risks to illustrate conditions for the setup and operationalization of such requirements.
