MNG-6172 Stress and Well-Being at Work
Description
This course presents ways to prevent occupational stress and to improve well-being in organizations. It covers the main theoretical models of occupational stress, its causes and consequences on people and organizations. The fundamental principles of prevention and criteria for successful interventions are discussed. The course also includes an overview of stress-related issues such as absenteeism, presenteeism, and harassment.
