Description

Given the complexity of the contexts of management today, to be effective managers must not only learn to manage projects and people well, but also to manage themselves. This course aims to equip students to mobilize individuals and teams, optimize approaches, maximize results and innovate in an environment of perpetual change. The course adapts transformative processes of learning that integrate experimentation, reflection and co-development of the various management skills introduced in the course. Students who have successfully completed MNG-2107 cannot register for this course.
