Description

The course aims to bring students to understand the fundamental concepts and models of analysis in the field of international strategic management from a manager's perspective. The course focuses on both of theoretical understanding and practical implementation of international business practices. Students will develop the knowledge, skills and sensibilities inherent in the practice of general management in an international context. They will also develop capabilities to integrate the knowledge acquired in the functional areas of management such as finance, marketing, human resources, production, information system and accounting.
